2- Day course:- The course fee includes RYA handbook and light refreshments. The course starts at 9.00 hrs finishing approx 18.00 hrs on both days. Cost £300 per person, £550 for 2 and £750 for 3 if from the same family.
1- Day crew course:- The course fee includes light refreshments. The course starts at 9.00 hrs finishing approx 18.00 hrs Cost £150 per person.(if at the same time a RYA Inland Waterways Helmsman course is being run)

Cancellation by the Client
All cancellations must be made in writing. A full refund, limited to the course fee, will be made if notification is received at least 14 days or more before the course start date. If a cancellation is made 13 days or less before the start of the course then you will not be eligible for a refund, however, you will be able to use the cost of the course to re-book the same course at a later date
Cancellation by The Stratford upon Avon Narrowboat Trust
Every attempt will be made to ensure that course runs as agreed. However, The Stratford upon Avon Narrowboat Trust reserve the right to cancel a course at any time if viable numbers are not achieved, or there are circumstances beyond our control, such as a severe weather warning. In this event we will give you as much notice as possible and we will endeavour to offer the same course on an alternative date.
Complaints Procedure
At the end of the course you will be asked to comple a feedback form, to give the opportunity for you to tell us how you rate the quality of our service. This also gives the opportunity to register any complaint. However, the earlier we are aware of any issues, the earlier we are able to address them. The Stratford upon Avon Narrowboat Trust requires any student with a complaint to inform the course instructor in a timely fashion, to enable them to address the issue. If this isn’t possible then the the student should contact the Principal.
